Finished product packaging design, easy to transport, quick installation, simple pipeline connection, low maintenance cost, easy to clean, and convenient for quick use. Widely used in industries such as food and beverage, textile printing and dyeing, chemical pharmaceuticals, as well as heating and disinfection in hotels and hospitals.
  • Work pressure options: 0.7MPa, 1.0MPa, 1.25MPa. Stable steam pressure ensures continuous production. Its horizontal wet back design, corrugated furnace and three channel flue gas structure, combined with a large steam drum, ensure steam drying and stability. Compact structure, space saving, and large heating area.
  • Core components: high-efficiency branded burner, fully automatic intelligent control cabinet, feedwater pump, and basic accessories. The steam separator, sewage system, and high-quality insulation improve efficiency and safety. The fully automatic system supports one click start/stop, automatic water level/pressure control, and can be operated without the need for a dedicated person.
  • Excellent environmental performance: low nitrogen combustion, low exhaust temperature, low noise, and low pollution. The thermal efficiency reaches over 95%, which meets environmental standards. The comprehensive safety system (overpressure, water shortage, shutdown protection, and interlock control) ensures long-term safe operation.
